Introduce Shared Parenting Legislation across the USA

Kids need both parents. The FCLU is dedicated to raising awareness of the need for equal shared parenting legislation across the country. Only one state – Kentucky – currently has a decent shared parenting law on the statute books. We are committed to promoting positive change in our family courts to help every fit and willing parent, including active military and veterans, have a role in the lives of their children.
