Tara Epperson
Ms. Epperson holds certification and licensure from the American Society of Clinical Pathology and the Tennessee Medical Laboratory Board. During her career, she has worked in many areas of clinical science including chemistry, hematology, transfusion services, molecular diagnostics, coagulation studies, immunology/serology, and oncology.
She began her family court journey in 2013 which took a life altering, unconstitutional turn in 2019. That was the moment she began educating herself, recognizing the deep wrong that had been committed, and felt it necessary and her duty to pinpoint the exact words, the laws, the federal opinions, the legislative intents, the procedural requirements, the enumerations of rights that backed what she knew in her heart was against humanity, against freedom, against America. Since then, she has devoted herself to this purpose, believing with awareness comes responsibility.
Ms. Epperson recognizes the violations against the Constitution, the failures to protect our children and our families by those bound to do just that, while stripping Americans of their freedoms, has become a true epidemic against the fabric of humanity that requires a fierce defense. Her goal is to rally for legislation which will create quality control measures and oversight throughout family and juvenile courts designed to preserve and protect American families from these egregious acts, exposing the corrupt and holding them accountable.
Ms. Epperson lives in the Appalachian region of Tennessee and is an avid hiker and gardener. She is also an animal lover, previously contributing towards placement for abused and neglected animals through fostering.
